Anti-glare Anti-reflective Glass

Our created Anti-glare anti-reflective glass is a high-end optical glass product integrating anti-glare (AG) and anti-reflective (AR) dual processes, specially built for display scenarios in strong light environments. This anti-glare anti-reflective glass first forms a micro-structure diffusion layer through surface etching to disperse strong light reflection, and then superimposes multi-layer nano AR coating to further offset the remaining reflected light. Compared with single AG or single AR process, it can more thoroughly solve the problems of screen reflection and glare under strong light, and better ensure the clarity and delicacy of display images. The Anti-glare anti-reflective glass can precisely control two core indicators of haze and DOI (distinctness of image), achieving the optimal balance between anti-glare effect and display clarity, avoiding the problems of hazy picture and lost details of ordinary AG glass.

In terms of optical performance control, we can precisely adjust the haze and DOI parameters according to customers' use scenarios: for outdoor high-brightness scenarios, the haze can be appropriately increased to enhance the anti-glare effect; for indoor high-definition display scenarios, the DOI can be increased to ensure picture sharpness. At present, this product is widely used in outdoor commercial displays and high-end industrial control equipment. Even in direct sunlight, the screen content is still clear and readable, completely solving the pain point of ordinary glass panels that reflect glare and cannot see content clearly when used outdoors. We have independent AG etching and AR coating production lines, which can control the whole process, with stable product parameters and strong batch consistency, meeting the quality requirements of high-end display equipment.

We have established a special optical testing system, equipped with professional haze meter and DOI testing equipment, which can accurately test core indicators such as haze, DOI, light transmittance and reflectivity of each batch of products. 100% full inspection is implemented at the sample stage, and optical indicators and appearance standards are checked item by item; for bulk orders, random inspection is carried out in accordance with the quality agreement to ensure stable and consistent batch parameters. A detailed optical performance inspection report is issued before each batch of products leaves the factory, allowing customers to clearly grasp the product parameters.

Both AG and AR processes adopt eco-friendly raw materials and production processes, and the products comply with international environmental protection standards. To protect the micro-structure and coating layer on the glass surface, we adopt an inner packaging method of single-piece protective film full coverage + separator paper isolation to avoid surface friction damage to optical performance. The whole product is wrapped with buffer materials in all directions, and the outer layer is reinforced with high-strength cartons and export wooden crates. We support mainstream trade terms such as EXW and FOB, and sample orders can provide DDP service; the delivery cycle of conventional products is 2-4 weeks in the off-peak season and 4-6 weeks in the peak season. Repeat orders can enjoy priority production scheduling to ensure supply timeliness.
