Our massive touch screen is an ultra-large-size touch display solution built for large command centers, high-end exhibition halls and giant meeting spaces. It breaks through the size limit of conventional touch screens, achieves stable and accurate touch performance in the ultra-large size range from 86 inches to 105 inches, and provides an immersive giant-screen interactive experience for professional scenarios with large spaces and large fields of view. This massive touch screen adopts a large-size integrated touch solution, which can realize a single-screen ultra-large touch area without splicing. Matched with 4K and above ultra-high-definition display panels, it presents delicate and clear picture effects while ensuring an ultra-large field of view. It is the preferred solution for giant-screen interaction in high-end commercial and professional scenarios.

In response to the technical challenges brought by ultra-large size, our massive touch screen has made special optimizations in touch architecture, optical uniformity and structural strength. It adopts a multi-channel touch drive solution to ensure consistent touch sensitivity in the corner and central areas of the ultra-large-size screen, and there will be no problems such as edge touch failure and uneven response delay. The cover is integrally formed of large-size high-aluminum strengthened glass, matched with a high-strength structural support design, ensuring the structural stability and impact resistance of the large-size glass; at the same time, it can be matched with AR anti-reflective treatment to solve the problem of uneven reflection of large-size screens and achieve uniform and transparent display effect across the full screen. The product supports full lamination process, which effectively improves the display immersion of the giant screen, and at the same time enhances the dustproof and moisture-proof performance, adapting to the long-term stable operation of various high-end professional scenarios.

This massive touch screen is mainly oriented to various large-space professional scenarios. In the field of command and dispatch, it can be applied to urban emergency command centers, security monitoring large screens, energy dispatch command screens and traffic control center large screens, supporting multiple dispatchers to perform operation and annotation on the giant screen at the same time, improving the intuitiveness and efficiency of command and dispatch. In high-end exhibition halls and pavilion scenarios, giant interactive exhibits, brand history giant screens and immersive interactive experience screens can be created. With the shocking visual effect of ultra-large size and smooth touch interaction, the audience's sense of immersion and memory point are enhanced. In high-end enterprise and government scenarios, it can be used for giant-screen conference screens in large meeting rooms, data display interactive large screens in government halls and achievement display giant screens in enterprise exhibition halls, highlighting the high-end image and digital strength of enterprises and institutions. In addition, the product can also be adapted to special scenarios such as high-end cinemas and e-sports venues to create ultra-large-size interactive display terminals.

As one of the few source factories in China with mass production capacity of ultra-large-size touch screens, we have deeply deployed in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta industrial belts, building an industrial pattern of "Nanjing large-scale manufacturing cluster + Zhuhai high-end manufacturing base + Shenzhen R&D headquarters", providing full-chain support from R&D to mass production for high-end products such as massive touch screens. The Zhuhai High-End Manufacturing Base is equipped with a Class 1000 clean production workshop and a dedicated large-size production line, with a full set of special equipment for large-size glass processing, full lamination and testing, which can realize stable mass production of 105-inch ultra-large-size touch products; the Nanjing Manufacturing Cluster provides strong production capacity backing and supply chain support, and can quickly respond to large-volume order needs. We have a full-time R&D team of nearly 100 people, continuously overcoming technical difficulties in the field of large-size touch, and have delivered ultra-large-size touch solutions for many well-known domestic and foreign brands, accumulating profound technical precipitation and project experience in the field of medium-to-large display.

For high-end ultra-large-size products such as massive touch screens, we have established stricter full-process quality control standards than conventional products, setting up multiple quality inspection checkpoints from raw materials to finished product shipment to ensure the quality and reliability of each product delivered from the factory. At the raw material stage, core materials such as large-size glass raw sheets, touch components and optical adhesives are fully tested to ensure that the material performance meets the high standards of large-size products; during the production process, special inspection is implemented for each process, focusing on key indicators such as appearance defects of large-size glass, touch uniformity and lamination yield; at the finished product stage, 100% full inspection is implemented. In addition to conventional touch and optical inspections, special tests such as structural strength and environmental reliability are also added to ensure the stability of the product during transportation, installation and use. Our quality system complies with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards. The product provides a corresponding warranty period. If there is a quality problem, we will respond quickly and issue a solution to provide reliable quality assurance for high-end customers.

We provide exclusive high-end full-process after-sales service for massive touch screen customers, and each cooperative customer is equipped with a dedicated business assistant and technical support personnel to provide one-to-one service docking. After product delivery, we provide 15-60 days of warranty service, and the specific period is determined according to product configuration and cooperation plan; if there is a product quality problem during the warranty period, we will respond quickly, cooperate with the technical team to remotely troubleshoot the problem, and provide return, exchange and replenishment services if necessary. For large-scale project customers, we can also provide supporting services such as installation guidance and commissioning training to assist customers in completing on-site installation and commissioning of ultra-large-size products; for long-term cooperative agents, we provide supporting resources such as technical training and after-sales support scripts to assist agents in serving end customers well. If customers encounter any problems after the product is launched, they can directly contact the dedicated service staff, and we will give a treatment plan as soon as possible to ensure the stable operation of the project and products.
