Our produced Ultra-thin AR glass sheet is an ultra-thin AR coated glass designed for thin and light electronic devices. While ensuring optical performance, it helps terminal products achieve lightweight and thin design. This ultra-thin AR glass sheet can be as thin as 0.3mm. Double-sided multi-layer optical coating is completed on the ultra-thin glass base material, which not only achieves AR performance of high light transmittance and low reflection, but also maintains the structural strength of the glass itself, balancing thinness and durability. For ultra-thin AR glass sheets, we adopt special testing and packaging processes, focusing on controlling glass flatness, warpage, optical uniformity and appearance defects. The whole product processing is carried by special jigs to avoid damage and deformation of ultra-thin glass. 100% full inspection is implemented at the sample stage, and thickness, size and optical parameters are checked item by item; for bulk orders, random inspection is carried out at a high standard ratio, and a shipment quality report is issued for each batch of products. We provide a corresponding warranty period for the products. If there are non-artificial performance and quality problems, we will handle them quickly.

Ultra-thin glass is a high-precision fragile product. We adopt a customized precision packaging solution: single product is placed in a special anti-static tray for fixation to avoid displacement and collision during transportation. The outer layer of the tray is wrapped with buffer materials in all directions, and then reinforced with high-strength cartons and export wooden crates to minimize the risk of transportation damage. We support mainstream trade terms such as EXW and FOB, and sample orders can provide DDP delivery service; the delivery cycle of custom products is about 3-4 weeks. Repeat orders can optimize processes to shorten delivery time.

We support precision customization services. Customers can customize glass thickness, base material type, size, shape and optical parameters, and can also match tempering method and surface functional coating.
